The Entrepreneurial Success Training Program (ESTP)

The flagship program of the BIC is its specially-designed Entrepreneurial Success Training Program (ESTP).  The ESTP is a 6-week, hands on entrepreneurial program that where participants received assistance from subject matter experts who have significant experience in their fields or professions. Training materials include a comprehensive workbook, a CD with interactive forms, and supplemental information relative to each week's topics.

In the ESTP, participants will:

• Take their business idea from concept to reality
• Develop their marketing, sales and communications plans
• Properly organize and structure their business operations
• Understand and prepare accounting and financial statements
• Strategically plan for business continuation and succession
• Become "investor-ready" and learn to effectively present their businesses

Individual Consulting

Participants of the BIC can receive individualized consulting in any area of business.  They will receive the guidance necessary to keep them on track and moving forward in their quest for business success.

Consulting includes:

• Helping to identify the proper subject matter expertise needed to respond to their requests
  
• Assisting in developing research skills necessary to locate information specific to their business and industry
  

Business Matchmaking

The BIC has built many relationships through networking and consulting and understands the importance of matching businesspersons with peers, professionals, other businesses and organizations to grow their businesses.

Participants will be introduced to other businesspersons to develop relationships that will enable them to grow their businesses and help others.
